Can I change my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, we begin
production quickly.
If you notice an error, please contact us
as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once production has started.
What if I choose the wrong breed?
Please double-check your selection before
ordering.
We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, but if something
doesn’t look right due to an error on our side, we’ll always make it right.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days, but we try to get the items to you as soon as possible.
During busy gifting periods, delivery may
take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only.
International shipping will be added in the future.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes — simply enter the recipient’s address
at checkout.
Prices are not included in the package,
making it suitable for gifting.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently we don't offer gift wrapping, we focus on carefully packed, gift-ready
presentation rather than elaborate wrapping. However, we are working to get this included in our offers in future.
If gift packaging options are added,
they’ll be clearly shown at checkout.
Is FormaPaw suitable if I don’t own a dog?
Absolutely.
Many of our customers buy FormaPaw gifts
for partners, friends, and family members. Choosing by lifestyle or collection is often the easiest way to find the right fit.

Our designs are intentionally understated,

Are your products dishwasher safe?
Care instructions vary by product and are
provided with each item.
To preserve the finish we generally recommend hand washing where possible.
