Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, or request a refund are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, see link in the website footer.

If you are buying as a consumer, you may have legal rights to cancel or return goods under UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces those rights.

If you are entitled to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have 14 days after delivery to tell the seller you want to cancel, and then a further 14 days to send the goods back.
